Icynene® is the leading 100% water-blown foam insulation that minimizes air leakage for increased energy efficiency, creates a healthier indoor environment, reduces airborne sounds and offers greater design freedom. Icynene® maintains its performance with no loss of R-value over time. It does not shrink, sag or settle. Icynene® adheres to most construction materials and is the perfect insulation for walls, attics, ceilings and floors.
Icynene Product Line:
- LD-C-50 – with over 20 years field experience, it is the oldest, most proven open cell product in the industry
- LD-C-50 is a water based product
- Hydrophobic – will not wick water
- F1 fire rated product that add zero fuel to a fire and can not maintain a fire
- Once cure: has zero off-gas and is 100% inert

- LD-R-50 – introduced in 2009 after extensive research
- LD-R-50 is manufacture with renewable castor oil (44% by volume)
- Is a low density water based product
- Is a water based product

- Once cure: has zero off-gas and is 100% inert

- MD-R-200 – introduced in 2009 after extensive research
- MD-R-200 is a medium density product manufacture with recycled plastic
- Is water proof – classified as a class 3 vapor barrier
- Has 25 ft-lb of compressive strength – significantly increase the structure strength of any building

Bayer Closed Cell Foam
Bayseal CC closed-cell spray applied polyurethane foam is a two component, medium-density, structural insulation system designed for commercial, residential, and industrial applications.
Closed-cell polyurethane foam yields a high R-value and minimizes air and moisture infiltration. The spray applied nature of Bayseal SPF systems allows for tremendous sealing properties which contributes to healthier homes and workplaces. The rigid nature of Bayseal CC increases overall structural integrity resulting in more durable structures. Bayseal CC expands during application to provide increased performance values by sealing the building envelope:
- Is one of the highest R-values per inch – 6.9-R/inch
- Superior insulation performance
- Control moisture infiltration
- Controls air infiltration
